This form can be used for any general requirement to contact the Foundation, or to follow up only *  on an Initial Application for Funding (IAF) that you have already made.

Please DO NOT use this form to make an Initial Application for Funding.  Unfortunately, we are unable to process any inital applications for funding received via this form.  Please use our Starting the application process (IAF) form instead.

* If you are following up on an Initial Application for Funding that you have made previously, then please quote either:

• • •  the IAF reference included in the acknowledgement email which is sent to you to confirm both our receipt of your application and that it is being processed,
      OR
    • the date and subject line that you used when you sent your original application.
